COUNSELOR IN TRAINING PROGRAM
​For children ages 9+ with prior Spanish experience
Our Counselor-in-Training (CIT) Program is a unique opportunity for bilingual youth to grow as leaders, deepen their Spanish fluency, and gain meaningful experience in a supportive, fun-filled camp environment.
What Will CITs Do?

CITs are active helpers and role models who will:

Assist lead teachers in the classroom

Choose to work with preschool or elementary-aged children

Support transitions, help set up activities, and model positive behavior

Participate in daily camp routines while learning how to mentor, guide, and inspire younger campers
What Are the Benefits?
