How do I enroll my child?
Enroll into Intiwasi in 5 easy steps. Admissions for the new school year begin on March 1st. Spots will be offered on a first-come-first-serve basis.
This is the first step in determining whether Intiwasi is the right school for your child. To schedule a tour, press the button below! Tours are scheduled on Fridays upon request between 9:30 AM and 11:30 AM and are geared toward the parents. Tours include an overview of our program and a viewing of our facilities.
If you feel Intiwasi is a good fit for your child, start our admissions process by adding your child to our waitlist. You may do that by filling out an Application for Admission Once a spot becomes available, we will notify you via email.
Spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, so please respond to the email as soon as possible.

Once you have submitted the application and are admitted, you will receive a DocuSign with all the required forms to submit.
Once your packet is submitted and reviewed by our admissions office, we will create your child's profile on Playground, the platform we use for our daily operations. When your child’s profile is created, you will receive an invitation to download the app and join. Once logged in to the app, please take some time to review your child’s information to make sure it is accurate.
General Tuition Assistance
We believe Spanish Immersion education is vital for our community and we are dedicated to providing tuition assistance for as many families as possible to ensure that children who want an Intiwasi Spanish Immersion education can receive one. You may apply online for Tuition Assistance HERE as soon as possible.
We accept financial aid students on a rolling basis but once we have reached our maximum for 2022-2023 we cannot offer more.
Any parent who believes they will need substantial support (50%-full scholarship) should apply for financial subsidy at Connections for Children. Connections for Children will provide us with the funding your child needs to attend our school per government subsidy. Educator/Nonprofit Professional/Full-Time Student /Single Parent Discount:
Intiwasi Spanish Immersion School believes tuition affordability is a problem that needs to be confronted head-on. The cost of private school education in Los Angeles continues to increase, making it less and less attainable for too many families who want to be at our school, and whom we want to be a part of the fabric of our community.
As we enter the Admissions season for the 2022-2023 school year we are excited to launch our inaugural Educator/Nonprofit Professional/Full-Time Student /Single Parent Discount: which we hope will be the first step in a long-term strategy to meaningfully address tuition affordability. This new initiative aims to make education at our school affordable for any Los Angeles family.
It is only fitting then that our fee structure recognizes and welcomes to our thriving community those families who have dedicated their professional lives to upholding and amplifying our school's same values.
Qualifying families will be given 20% off of tuition for all students.
This inaugural discount program is intended for the following people:
Any family in which at least one parent works directly for a qualifying school, educational facility, is a full-time student, works for a non-profit, (501c(3): Full-time (a minimum of 35 hours/week) and/or is a single working parent.
You must be signing up for a 9am-4pm or 8am-6pm full time schedule to qualify. Part-time schedules do not qualify.
To apply for the Educator/Nonprofit Professional/Full-Time Student /Single Parent Discount fill out this form. This form does not ask for financial information but does ask for proof that you are within one of the aforementioned industries. If you are not in one of those industries but area single parent, please notate it.
These discounts as with our general financial assistance are given on a rolling basis so if you believe you qualify and will need these funds in order to attend our school, fill this out as soon as you are able.
Families who need additional tuition assistance can apply for funds on top of the 20% discount using our financial aid form.
Admissions will create a tuition agreement based on your child's schedule and email it to you for your approval via Docusign. Once you get it, review the terms of the contract and sign the document.
Once we have received your signed contract we will submit an invoice via Playground for your child’s deposit which is equivalent to one month’s tuition. The deposit is reimbursable and it will be applied to your last month of enrollment when you give us your month’s notice.
Speak with the school administration to schedule a play date so your child can visit our school and get familiar with staff and students.
