We are excited to announce a partnership with Lore Lore Cakes to bring you a delicious weekly meal option for your family! Each week, we will feature a thoughtfully prepared dish made with care and rich flavor, perfect for busy families who want something nourishing without the extra work.

Meals will be delivered directly to either the Yachaywasi or Intiwasi campus and will be ready for parent pick-up at dismissal time.

Think of it as your “no-cook Friday” solution, or an easy, stress-free weekend meal option. A little extra care for your family, prepared with love.

Homemade Style Menu:

Option 1: Peruvian Cilantro-Braised Beef

(Seco de Carne) Tender beef cooked low and slow in a vibrant green herb sauce, served with white rice and beans.

Refresher: Refreshing Pineapple drink.

Option 2 : Cilantro-Braised Tofu

Hearty tofu triangles simmered in that same signature green herb sauce. Served with rice and beans.

Option 3: Papa ala Huancaina

rich, creamy blend of yellow Peruvian peppers and fresh cheese, served over soft potatoes. It’s mild, buttery, and the ultimate comfort food side dish.cheese sauce, garnished with egg and olive.

Option 4: Huancaina Sauce:

A velvety, golden cream crafted from the sun-ripened Aji Amarillo pepper and fresh queso fresco. Perfectly balanced "liquid gold" for drizzling over rice, dipping bread, or adding an extra layer of richness to your meal.
